I added Disqus comments too. Bijan's implementation is different- it looks like he is using some javascript instead of the "regular" code Disqus gave me. His looks nicer. Did you ever think of copying and pasting your customized code into Notepad or Word even Prior to changing themes and going back to defaults :-) I like to change my theme every couple of months so I have a folder full of txt files that I can copy and paste my HTML out of when I change up....
