		<description>Thanks for the list.  I do think trying to think outside the box and see how that affects the contract makes a ton of sense.  It&#039;s hard to do, but what if I go out of business?  What if my provider goes out of business?  Dies?  Moves?  Etc.  Contract law is so complicated any help we can get is always appreciated.</description>
